POSITION AVAILABLE UPON CONTRACT AWARD

BTS Software Solutions is seeking Captured Enemy Material (CEM) Analysts who shall participate in the exploitation and provide analysis of CEM related documents and media. The CEM Analyst shall have advanced analytic capabilities to identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics in support of target development and warning and the production of all-source strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence analysis.

The analyst shall produce intelligence products associated with researching, analyzing, evaluating, and publishing routine intelligence studies, plans, and/or products and collaborate with other analysts throughout the DoD and the Intelligence Community on forecasts and assessments.

• Exploit and analyze CEM documents and media to identify enemy capabilities and tactics.
• Produce intelligence products and studies; support target development and warning.
• Collaborate with DoD and Intelligence Community analysts on forecasts and assessments.

• Minimum of six (6) years of analytical experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies; four (4) years at the operational level.
• Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Strong briefing and writing skills.
• Experience in SSE, data-at-rest, Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis and Collection Management.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team to identify trends and information of value to alert decision-makers.
• In-depth knowledge of SOF and/or CT intelligence is highly desirable.
