Clearance Requirements

What you will be doing:

The person in this position upholds, defends, coaches and mentors sound agile practices and values. They are responsible for guiding the development/sustainment of an agile team into a self-organized, effective, development/sustainment unit with a sustainable cadence. Duties include identifying, understanding, and documenting functional requirements and user stories.

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

* 5+ Years of experience

* 4 years+ of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large- scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders

* Experience defining requirements and writing user stories

* Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques:
User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.

Education:

* BA/BS from an accredited college or university

* AA/AS with 7+ years experience.

Certifications:

* Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.

* Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The ability to move files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary would be required.
