Salary Range: $175,000 — $220,000

Shadow Strategies is seeking a Principal UX Designer to lead human-centered design initiatives on a high-impact national security program. This role is ideal for a visionary UX professional who can shape the design direction of mission-critical tools and mentor others in achieving design excellence.
