We are seeking Automated Test Engineers who wish to accelerate their skills and focus on tackling the most difficult challenges of the US Government, in one of the most exciting areas of the mission available. Requirements What You’ll Be Doing (We don’t love the bullet points, but we love the work!)The Automated Test Engineer is a crucial member of the software development team responsible for testing and validating HPC systems in accordance with test plans to ensure that system requirements are met. Performs executing, and maintaining automated test plans and suites for complex and diverse software systems. You'll get to unleash your technical prowess as you embark on this thrilling journey of innovation and quality assurance for HPC systems test and evaluation!
You will get to work with cutting edge systems which might include (but are likely not limited to) processing intensive analytics (remember, this is HPC), novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets (again, HPC!), real-time systems, business management information systems, and systems which incorporate data repositories, data transport services, and application and systems development and monitoring. All being critical to the success of the customer and the overall mission at large.
RequiredSkills
- Experience using the Linux CLI
- Developing scripts using Bash / Python
- Test tools such as Postman, Selenium, GIT, Junit, Cypress, Parasoft Selenic, Katalon, mabi, TestIM, Functionize, Perfecto, Test Craft, Squish, AutonomIQ
- Hands on experience with creating test plans and strategies for unit, integration, validation, and performance testing
- Ability to automate testing procedures and generating test reports
- Experience with CI/CD strategies and Git Source Control system
- Experience with IaC principles and automation tools including Ansible
- Experience with Git Source Control System
- Eight (8) years’ experience as a Test Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management
