• Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for advanced issues and projects.
• Lead implementations, configurations, and migrations across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments.
• Manage server operating systems — installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory, file permissions, event logs, and GPOs.
• Support and optimize backup/disaster recovery, networking (Sonic Wall, Cisco), and virtualization (Hyper‑V, VMware, SANs).
• Automate processes and improve efficiency through Power Shell scripting and RMM tools (Connect Wise Automate).
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Participate in internal and external (client‑facing) meetings when necessary to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.

• Must have MSP industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in systems, networking, or project engineering roles within an MSP.
• Cisco & Sonic Wall network configurations.
• Virtualization technologies: VMware or Hyper‑V.
