• As a member of the Customer Integrations team, focus on driving success for our customers.
• Participate and run workshops with key stakeholders to fully understand the customer’s integration requirements.
• Configure system interfaces, operate iPaaS/ETL solutions, and customize operational tools to support customer data ingestion and a smooth client onboarding process.
• Build analytics and data visualization tools in response to client requests and to support decision making.
• Travel 1-2 times per year to a US warehouse site if a customer launch is sufficiently large or complex.
• Participate in an ongoing on-call rotation.

• 2+ years and hands-on technical experience with Celigo, Boomi, or equivalent iPaaS
• 1+ years hands-on technical experience integrating Shopify and/or Netsuite
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Experience calling, testing, and troubleshooting API endpoints
• Demonstrable experience querying and transforming JSON structures
• Bachelor’s degree

• Certification in Celigo or Boomi
• Experience with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) or other supply chain systems
• Proficiency with SQL
• Proficiency with EDI
• Proficiency with Databricks
• Proficiency with Python or Java Script
• Background in finance, data science, or supply chain
• Ability to organize and lead customers through an integration project

• Prolonged periods of sitting; desk and computer work for extended periods
• Manual dexterity for office equipment
• Visual acuity to read documents, spreadsheets, and screens
• Occasional standing, walking, and reaching
• Lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds
• Clear and effective communication in person and via phone or virtual platforms
• Mostly sedentary with occasional physical activity as needed
