AT&T has an opening for a Senior Database Administrator to support the delivery of high performance, high availability, and secure Microsoft SQL Server database services. This senior database administrator will also evaluate and transition new technologies into operational use, while maintaining, enhancing, and improving existing SQL Server solutions to ensure system reliability, scalability and security.
Job Duties /Responsibilities- Provide high performance, highly available and secure Microsoft SQL Server Database Services in direct support of the activities, business and mission needs.
- Directly participate in the design, engineering, implementation and modification to the production database environments backed by Microsoft SQL Server.
- Explore, investigate, research, analyze, assess, implement, and transition new technologies to an operational state to modernize and improve upon existing Microsoft SQL Server solutions.
TS/SCI or Secret clearance (#tssci) (#secret)
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study, 8 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding and knowledge of: SQL Server, SharePoint Portal Server.
Our Senior Database Administrator's earn between $89,200 - $190,750. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
