Position: PAM/Identity Engineer with Security Clearance
Identity Engineer / Cybersecurity Specialist (TS/SCI + CI Poly/FSP)

Columbia, MD (On-site) Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in cybersecurity, identity
management, or related fields, who holds a TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph or FSP. While
Beyondtrust, SailPoint, Ping, and Delinea (formerly Thycotic) training is preferred, we are open to
candidates without specific Delinea experience who have a strong willingness and aptitude to learn
the platform. Responsibilities
• Implement and support identity and privileged access solutions using Beyond Trust, SailPoint, Ping, and Delinea technologies
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot identity management and PAM environments to meet client security requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate identity solutions with existing systems and infrastructure
• Provide security oversight, ensuring identity and access controls align with established best practices Requirements
• Experience with identity governance, privileged access management (PAM), or other access control technologies
• Strong understanding of security concepts and protocols such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, or OAuth
• Must hold TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph or FSP (Full-Scope Poly)
• Ability to quickly learn new security technologies and tools, including Beyondtrust, SailPoint, Ping, and Delinea
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to navigate complex technical environments
• Familiarity with or experience working in government environments is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive attitude, and attention to detail

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
• Experience with PAM or identity management solutions such as Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, SailPoint, or similar
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and automation tools (Power Shell, Ansible, etc.) Ideal Candidate
• Possesses a foundation in security or IT with a desire to specialize in PAM
• Eager to grow in the identity and access management space and take ownership of learning Beyondtrust, SailPoint, Ping, and Delinea capabilities
