This opportunity supports a team of Target Analyst Reporters, Collection Managers, Collection Targeting and Compliance Managers, Analytic Editors, SIGINT Geospatial Analysts, and Threat Analysts, providing intelligence and reporting expertise.
We are looking for a Target Analyst Reporter 4 to prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles in response to mission requirements. You will prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel. You will maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs and collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
You will also share target‑related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate and issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable. You will help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection and perform pre‑release quality control functions.
Level Capabilities
- Ability to research, analyze and report intelligence.
- Experience with SIGINT reporting and collection.
- Knowledge of agency specific tools and methodologies.
- Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.
- A high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience.
- An associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience.
- A bachelor’s degree plus 11 years of relevant experience.
- A master’s degree plus 9 years of relevant experience.
- A doctoral degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in an area directly related to the mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
- Degree in a liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
Position requires active security clearance with appropriate polygraph.
