Position: Data Scientist with Hex Experience

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Data Scientist with Hex.tex experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background Statistics, proficient knowledge and experience in A/B testing, and Hex.tech. You will be responsible for designing and implementing models, algorithms, and turning data into actionable insights. You must be a Green Card holder or a USA Citizen to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop predictive models and algorithms to extract, clean, and analyze large data sets.
  • Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to guide decisions and improve our products and services.
  • Work with Hex.tech tools and platforms to enhance the data science capabilities of the organization.
  • Design and manage measurement frameworks that demonstrate how Acarin drives customer outcomes, including conversion rate, handle time, quality, compliance, and revenue.
  • Construct statistically sound pre/post analyses, uplift models, and confidence/uncertainty reporting for executive-ready readouts.
  • Create repeatable impact narratives and customer-facing insights, including ROI, adoption drivers, segmentation, and root-cause analysis.
  • Present and explain complex concepts and results to non-technical business partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other team members to implement models and monitor outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R or Python.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data science or similar role.
  • Strong experience in Statistics and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in using Hex.tech tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple, understandable manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be a Green Card holder or a USA Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with big data platforms like Hadoop and Spark.
  • Professional certifications related to data science.
  • Experience in using Python, R, SQL, or other programming languages.
