Standard Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Technology Manager to lead the strategy, analysis, implementation, and management of technology solutions that support our renewable energy operations. This role plays a critical part in optimizing our internal systems, integrating technologies, and coordinating with vendors to ensure successful deployment of software and hardware platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology assessment, implementation and vendor management.

• Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of technology platforms used in solar design, project management, customer relationship management (CRM), and field operations.
• Manage relationships with software and hardware vendors to ensure timely delivery, performance standards, and contractual compliance.
• Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting to improve workflow efficiency and data accuracy across departments.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, sales, and operations teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Monitor technology trends in the home services, solar and renewable energy sector and recommend innovations that enhance business performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems architecture, workflows, and best practices.
• Support training and change management efforts during the rollout of new technologies.
• Ensure cybersecurity protocols and data privacy standards are upheld across all systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology management, with at least 2 years in the solar or renewable energy industry preferred.
• Proven track record of successful technology implementation and vendor coordination.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, solar design platforms, and project management tools.
• Experience managing integrations between platforms (APIs, databases, cloud services).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience with ERP systems in the energy or construction sectors.
• Experience with consumer‑facing lead generation/sales and communication platforms.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
