Lead UI Designer

We are seeking a Tech Lead UI Designer for our team in Columbia, Maryland. This is a 3-month position.

• Apply heuristics to design problems involving color, font choice, layout, photography, or spot art. Create brand elements, visual design templates, streaming and rich media applications, and prototypes. Maintain branding standards and style guides. Tool expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Develop storyboards, visual mockups for applications, and develop Flash components for web applications. Create rich internet applications using Flash and Flex. Develop 2D and 3D animations using Flash. Create Flash/Director based animations and streaming video applications. Tool expertise in Adobe Flash, Flex Builder, and Director.
• Require 1-2 years of experience in User Interface Design. Collaborate closely with Agile programmers, product users, and stakeholders to build effective user interfaces.
