Position: Systems Engineer and Integrator (SE3) (Government)

Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing, content discovery, and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Law Enforcement.

AT&T has an opening for a Systems Engineer and Integrator to support Public Sector Solutions.

This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Work to be performed at a government customer site in Laurel, MD.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct gap analysis of existing systems as it relates to migration to/integration of M365 software/systems. Conduct analysis of alternatives. Suggest paths forward for enterprise solutions.

General Responsibilities:

Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities. Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.

Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering, technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

Required Qualifications

Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level I. CAP, GSLC, Security +

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of M365 service offering and implementation/integration strategies. Understanding of IT system architectures. Experience with security and Identity and Access Management as it relates to cross tenant collaboration. Proven ability to conduct analysis of alternatives of complex systems.

Compensation

Our Systems Engineer and Integrator (SE3) (Government) earns $130,700 - $243,800 yearly.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
