The team supports caregivers, patients, and staff nationwide, handling Tier 1-3 desktop issues and remote assistance, while also providing hands-on support on-site at the corporate campus in Columbia.
Candidates should be comfortable imaging, deploying devices, and using AD/Entra , Power Shell, and Intune. This on-site role requires five days per week.
