** About the Role
** We’re looking for a Senior Analytics & Insights Analyst who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insights. This person will support Marketing and Sales teams by analyzing performance, responding to ad hoc data requests, and helping business stakeholders work effectively with technical data teams.

This is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working with data and SQL but also enjoys the business side of analytics, including understanding stakeholder needs, identifying trends, and presenting findings clearly.
** What You’ll Do
*** Analyze marketing and sales/enrollment data and turn findings into actionable insights
* Use SQL and GCP to query and pull data for reporting and ad hoc analysis
* Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into requirements for technical teams
* Analyze customer and enrollment funnel performance, including inquiry-through-enrollment and close-rate metrics
* Investigate data and reporting discrepancies and help validate reporting accuracy
* Partner with technical teams on reports, dashboards, and data needs
* Create presentations and summarize insights for business stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to improve or automate reporting and analytics processes
** What We’re Looking For
*** 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role
* Experience writing or working with SQL queries
* Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
* Ability to work with data and translate analysis into clear business insights
* Experience gathering and documenting requirements for technical teams
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize competing or urgent requests
** Nice to Have
*** Some familiarity with Power BI
* Experience working with Salesforce data
* Marketing, customer funnel, enrollment, or conversion analytics experience
* Experience identifying opportunities for reporting automation
