$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

The Law Offices of Thomas Stahl is a boutique family and estate planning law firm based in Columbia, MD, and is seeking an experienced and organized paralegal with good communications skills.

Qualifications And

Job Responsibilities

• 3+ years in Paralegal position & Paralegal Certification or 7+ years in a Paralegal position
• Excellent communication skills
• Good writing and editing skills
• Good organization skills
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word
• Able to manage multiple caseloads
• Customer service experience
• Experience in using MDEC/E-Filing
• Experience with scheduling and preparing attorneys for client-related meetings, depositions, and hearings
• Experience with scheduling, track and manage court and client deadlines
• Prior family law experience a plus
