Restaurant Manager

Overview

Panda Express managers have an entrepreneurial spirit in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. As a General Manager, you will be in charge of a $1-2 million business and oversee the development of your team, ensuring guest satisfaction and a profitable restaurant. Panda offers a best-in-class compensation package, including uncapped profit sharing bonuses based on growth.

This role includes participation in a comprehensive Store Leadership Training Program (6+ weeks) to help build the foundation to become a high performing leader  program focuses on people development, guest experience, financials, kitchen management, and operations.

Base pay range: $26.23/hr - $29.23/hr

Store Manager Pay Range: $26.23 - $29.23 / Hr + bonus (Potential earning over $100K/year)

Assistant Manager Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.00 / Hr + bonus (Potential earning over $75K/year)

Additional compensation: Annual Bonus

As a General Manager, you will:

• Be in charge of a $1-2 million business

• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences
• Execute store operations, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and ensure policy compliance

Education and Experience:

• Minimum one to two years of Operations experience
• Some leadership experience
• Must pass Cooking Test annually
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home

While performing duties, counter areas are hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Work space is restricted; employees may lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in hot/noisy kitchens.
