• Run the Show – Oversee all day‑to‑day operations, from leasing and resident relations to work orders and vendor coordination.

• Keep It Looking Great – Conduct inspections, support unit readiness, and oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements.

• Experienced Leader – At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience and 2+ years of team leadership.
• Detail‑Obsessed & Organized – Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Clear Communicator – Professional, calm, and concise in all interactions.

• Financially Savvy – Strong grasp of rent rolls, budgets, reporting, and expense management.
• Tech‑Comfortable – Proficient with Entrata, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
• Positive & Proactive – Leads by example, stays cool under pressure, and delivers solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in large multifamily real estate.
• Minimum 4 years of residential property management with proven leasing or sales track record.
• Minimum 2 years of supervising two or more employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company‑owned or personal vehicle for work.

• Work on the busiest days of the week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and at least one Sunday a month, plus holidays.
• Ability to lift or move items up to 10 pounds and perform extended periods of standing, walking, or climbing stairs.
