What You’ll Be Doing- Run the Show – Oversee all day‑to‑day operations, from leasing and resident relations to work orders and vendor coordination.
- Lead the Team – Hire, train, schedule, and support your on‑site leasing and maintenance teams, creating a culture where great work happens.
- Market Like a Pro – Partner with marketing to promote your property, attract new residents, and renew existing leases.
- Drive Financial Performance – Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection stays on track.
- Be Resident‑Focused – Serve as the go‑to contact for the community, resolving concerns and welcoming new residents.
- Keep It Looking Great – Conduct inspections, support unit readiness, and oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements.
- Stay on Top of It All – Submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll and commissions, and remain compliant with all local, state, and federal requirements.
- Stay Plugged In – Engage with your local apartment association, keep up with competitors, and build a strong reputation in the community.
- Leadership Role – Full‑time, on‑site position with visibility and impact.

- Experienced Leader – At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience and 2+ years of team leadership.

- Financially Savvy – Strong grasp of rent rolls, budgets, reporting, and expense management.

- Positive & Proactive – Leads by example, stays cool under pressure, and delivers solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in large multifamily real estate.
- Minimum 4 years of residential property management with proven leasing or sales track record.
- Minimum 2 years of supervising two or more employees.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Valid driver’s license to operate company‑owned or personal vehicle for work.
- Work on the busiest days of the week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and at least one Sunday a month, plus holidays.
- Ability to lift or move items up to 10 pounds and perform extended periods of standing, walking, or climbing stairs.
