Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor – Document Scanning. ARC Document Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented and driven Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift team in executing paper‑to‑digital conversion projects. You’ll oversee production activities, ensure quality control, meet deadlines, and optimize labor efficiency – all while contributing to monthly profitability reviews.

• Follow directions from the AIM Center manager, plan and direct production activities and establish priorities for customer projects in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
• Confer with management to establish production and quality control standards and procedures.
• Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and operating or production problems.
• Revise production schedules and clarify priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems.
• Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues.
• Coordinate shift transitions with the night manager and assigned departments.
• Review production schedules and estimate employee hour requirements for job completion.
• Monitor records, and report inventory.
• Perform hands‑on tasks when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and work in a secure facility
• Team‑oriented with a “can‑do” attitude
