American Wood Fibers, Inc. is hiring a Packaging Machine Operator for the First Shift at the Pella, IA facility. The role focuses on safe, efficient operation to maximize production and shipping of wood shavings. Training and PPE will be provided as needed.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, and is capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks such as bending and squatting. Forklift experience is preferred.
