Dermatology Nurse Practitioner LTC facilities Columbia, MD area - tons of flexibility

Seeking Nurse Practitioner to join a team providing general medical dermatology care to long-term care facilities across the US. We have 4- and 5-day full-time positions available in the Columbia, MD area. These roles involve traveling to 1-3 facilities daily, typically seeing 20 patients per day.

There is a shortage of dermatologists willing to travel to these facilities. Often, skin issues are detected too late. This service emphasizes early detection of skin-related issues in a vulnerable population.

Prior dermatology experience as an NP, working under a clinical dermatologist, is required.

• Group offers above-market pay with a base salary plus 35% of collections.
• This is an independent practitioner role; you will be the face of the practice in these facilities and essentially have your own practice.
• Flexible schedule options; start early or late, as long as patients are seen. Hours are not strictly monitored.
• Full-time employees are eligible for benefits, paid time off, and reimbursement for continuing education.
• Travel expenses are reimbursed.
