We are actively looking to hire compassionate, energetic LPNs & RNs to help care for our home‑healthcare clients. We are willing to train in G‑tube, trach, and ventilator areas if needed.

Private Duty Nurse for a 29‑year‑old male and a 22‑year‑old female with G/J‑tube in Columbia, MD. You would work with two patients inside the same room/home.

• Saturday: 12‑hour day shift (start time flexible)
• Sunday: 12‑hour day shift (start time flexible)

• Work one‑on‑one in the client’s home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the patient’s Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or a Multistate Compact license (Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse)
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently
• Basic knowledge of G‑tube/Trach care is preferred; willingness to train qualified and interested candidates
• Ventilation experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
• Pediatric experience a plus

• Pay Range: $26–42 per hour – rates determined by licensure, skills, experience, and vary per case
• Time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week
• Health, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days of continuous full‑time employment
