The role involves patient assessment, medication administration, symptom management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and end-of-life counseling.

• Registered Nurse with 1 year experience in hospice or palliative care
• RN license (Compact accepted)
• SSN and DOB required for credentialing
• One reference covering entire work history
