• Provide expert clinical knowledge and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care across various departments.
• Serve as a clinical resource for complex patient cases, offering consultation and direction on best practices, protocols, and procedures.
• Lead and implement evidence-based practices, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical education programs to enhance nursing performance and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and healthcare leaders, to optimize patient care and improve clinical standards.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and continuing education programs to support the professional development of nursing staff.
• Monitor patient outcomes and department performance, using data-driven insights to refine clinical processes and drive improvements.
• Provide direct patient care in critical situations and during specialized procedures, demonstrating clinical excellence in practice.
• Assist in the development and review of clinical policies and protocols to ensure they align with the latest healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.

Candidate requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
  Master's degree in Nursing or Clinical Expertise preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with a focus on acute care or a specialized field.
• Expertise in clinical education, evidence-based practices, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring and training nursing staff at various levels of expertise.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and data-driven decision-making.
