Forest Springs is a year‑round Christian camp and retreat center nestled in Wisconsin’s beautiful Northwoods. Our mission is to create life‑changing experiences where people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. As part of a family of four ministry sites across two states, we serve guests with excellence, foster discipleship, and glorify God in all we do.

The Head Cook helps fulfill the ministry of Cedar Bay by leading the preparation and service of meals for campers, guests, and staff. This role oversees kitchen operations, maintains food quality and safety, and fosters a Christ‑centered, servant‑hearted environment in the kitchen. The position is located in Cedarville, MI.

• Lead and coordinate kitchen staff for efficient and timely meal service.
• Oversee food preparation, menu execution, and portion control.
• Ensure meals are served on schedule and with warm hospitality.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Communicate inventory needs and menu suggestions to the Food Service Director.
• Model Christlike teamwork, humility, and care toward all staff and guests.

• Exhibit a growing relationship with Jesus Christ in both word and deed.
• Support and uphold Forest Springs’ Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct.
• Participate in staff prayer, local church worship, and mentoring opportunities.

• Personal faith in Jesus Christ and desire to serve in a ministry setting.
• Experience in food service or culinary leadership (camp or hospitality preferred).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Serv Safe certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Commitment to teamwork, stewardship, and excellence.
