Neuroscience Sales Representative – Columbia, Maryland

- Follow compliance guidelines and drive sales performance to achieve or exceed forecasts within your territory, contacting primarily primary‑care HCP offices and select PC targets in person and virtually.
- Develop superior product and disease‑state knowledge to educate and engage HCPs about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles, supporting on‑label prescribing.
- Use assigned budgets to reach territory objectives, customizing discussions and interactions based on each customer’s needs while remaining compliant and ethical.
- Operate independently to drive sales and meet or surpass therapeutic and territory expectation forecasts.
- Maintain current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers; routinely share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers and regions, selecting appropriate programs and resources.
- Deliver special education to providers through programs compliant with ITCI ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to develop a local business plan that aligns with business objectives, capitalizing on formulary approvals and other opportunities.
- Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists to share best practices and achieve common objectives.
- Administer timely and accurate management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, sample and expense reporting.
- Meet or exceed all NSR deliverables and build a compliant business plan based on customer needs and resources.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, valid driver’s license, and safe driving record.
- 1+ year documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred.
- Experience in antipsychotic and/or bipolar sales is a plus.
- Strong desire to improve patient and caregiver lives; patient‑centric mindset required.
- Act with high integrity and adherence to Company compliance policies.
- Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, with strong decision‑making and teamwork skills.
- Proven track record of adapting in evolving environments (e.g., Covid‑19).
- Agile and able to adapt to telemedicine/virtual environments.
- Analytical skills to assess progress against objectives and identify opportunities.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
- Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences.
- Availability for meetings outside normal working hours, and for occasional overnight travel.
- Domestic travel to headquarters, training, and sales meetings will be required periodically.

Salary range: $79,000 – $130,000
