As our Sales Manager, youll be the face of Stretch Lab Columbia, driving membership growth, elevating the member experience, and building local brand awareness. Youll partner with studio leadership to establish a strong, successful foundation and help shape the culture of our studio from Day 1.

• Lead membership sales efforts through studio tours, phone/email/text outreach, and follow-ups
• Generate leads through grassroots marketing, community partnerships, and local events
• Build authentic relationships with prospective and current members to create a welcoming and supportive environment
• Maintain accurate sales data and reporting using Club Ready (CRM)
• Collaborate on studio promotions, marketing campaigns, and local brand-building efforts
• Support daily studio operations and front desk management as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the Stretch Lab brand promise

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or a membership-based service
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong communication skills, confident, friendly, and persuasive
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Organized and tech-savvy, with a keen eye for detail
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
