- Teach and provide hands‑on training using our fully equipped facility, ensuring students gain valuable skills.
- Facilitate and deliver the accredited course curriculum, ensuring a thorough understanding of electrical systems.
- Teach safety and compliance, instilling the importance of safety procedures and industry regulations, preparing students for real‑world applications.
- Support and motivate student growth, encouraging professionalism, accountability, and continuous development to foster student success.
- Evaluate and communicate progress, regularly assessing and communicating student performance, offering feedback to guide improvement.
- Prepare students for successful careers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a demanding and in‑demand career.
- 3+ years of experience in the residential, commercial, or industrial electrical industry.
- Experience in installation and service of electrical equipment.
- Understanding of single‑phase and 3‑phase systems.
- Knowledge of electrical codes.
- Motor controls, lighting controls or solar experience is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge of low‑voltage systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Teaching experience is a plus.
