Two Coast Living’s Cedar Place Apartments in Columbia, MD is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across the property, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC work.
This hands-on role interacts with residents, supports daily work orders, and contributes to safety and upkeep, with on-site schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and on-call rotation.
