Flexforce Technician

Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 /HR (Based on experience and qualifications)

Every successful event starts long before show day. You'll help prepare, track, and organize the equipment that crews rely on to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and audiences. Your work helps ensure gear is ready, accurate, and available when it matters most.

• Prepare audiovisual equipment for upcoming shows, tours, and rental projects.
• Support equipment staging activities across audio, video, lighting, and LED disciplines.
• Assist with inventory tracking, asset management, and equipment accountability.
• Process equipment returns and help maintain accurate gear movement records.
• Support loading and unloading operations for incoming and outgoing equipment.
• Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business through rotational learning opportunities.
• Help maintain organized workflows and efficient warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with experienced technicians while learning industry best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and dependable approach to work.
• Strong organizational abilities.
