Reporting to the Assistant Director, Residential Developmental Disabilities, the Manager, Residential Developmental Disabilities will oversee, in accordance with Maryland State's regulations (COMAR), well-established residential homes/units for adults with developmental disabilities located in Howard County, MD. Facilitating and actively participating in Person Centered Planning for adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities while collaborating with team members to assist individuals served in obtaining their daily living and community integration goals is key to this role.

Overseeing the client's medical needs in collaboration with the Delegating Nurse, as well as ensuring documentation compliance. This position will supervise Residential Registered Behavioral Technicians and Direct Support Professionals.
