South Tek Resources is urgently seeking a Senior Developer to lead the development of a Next-Generation, Multi-Threaded, High-Performance/High-Throughput, Big Data Platform
. This platform supports SIGINT workflows, normalizes, filters, and manages large data volumes with minimal server footprint. This role involves a significant technological challenge and impact.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience as a full Microsoft stack software engineer, with mastery in OO design patterns, modern .NET and C++ frameworks, and agile development (Scrum).
• Proficiency in C/C++ is required.
• Experience with RF technologies.
• Experience working on both Windows and Unix platforms.
• Active security clearance is desirable but not mandatory.
• Extensive experience developing multithreaded applications handling heavy memory loads.
• Deep knowledge of garbage collection and writing efficient code.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Remoting, Google Protocol Buffers, WCF, ZeroC Ice, or similar secure socket communication protocols.
• Experience with thick client development using MVVM, Unity, and other presenter models.
• Senior-level C++ experience with WPF and GDI custom controls.
