Aquatics Assistant Pool Manager

The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is looking for applicants with a minimum of three years of aquatics experience or have been a successful Columbia Association Aquatics Manager on Duty or Pool Manager. Candidates must hold an active Ellis and Associates Guard License as well as a MD Certified Pool & Spa Operator license.

Our Assistant Pool Managers are responsible for enforcing the rules and regulations of an aquatics setting and to react to any emergencies. The continued training of the team members will be done through ongoing In-Services coordinated by the Assistant Pool Manager. We are looking for applicants who can handle the daily running of the pool while creating a safe and fun place for our members.

The starting pay rate for this position is $18.55. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package.
