The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of coaching experience, a strong understanding of competitive gymnastics, and a passion for athlete development. Responsibilities include designing training plans, preparing athletes for competitions, and fostering a positive team culture.
Evening and weekend hours are required, along with travel for meets.
