** The Logistics Associate is responsible for shipping/outbound distribution, receiving, storing, handling and or issuing all materials including but not limited to cGMP raw materials, NON-cGMP raw materials, Common Supply, maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) supplies, Work-in-Process (WIP), and Finished Goods Inventory (FGI).
* Ensure proper storage and distribution of received materials under the guidance and direction of departmental SOP's/specifications.
* Stage incoming raw materials for further processing.
* Receive GxP raw material into inventory/ERP system.
* Relocate staged and quarantined materials to appropriate areas, as directed
* Perform and assist in performing physical inventories as required.
* Maintain inventory accuracy by performing adjustments to documents and ERP.
* Perform housekeeping as required.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Education:

** High School diploma or equivalent.
* ** Experience/expectations:

*** Working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
* Working knowledge of FEDEX, UPS and other online systems used in shipping processes.
* Ability to work overtime as needed.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills to initiate and retrieve tracking information from carrier.
* High energy.
* Manual dexterity
* ** Travel Requirements: none
*** Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
