OverviewWe’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer‑focused client service professional who can help our clients navigate tax season and build lasting relationships. As a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist
, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, match them with the right tax professional, and ensure their needs are met both in‑person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences and our client service calendar
- Help ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
