• Work safely - know, understand, and follow all safety rules
• Load and unload log trucks
• Stack logs in the wet yard
• Clean up equipment daily

• At least 1 year of experience operating a knuckle boom or similar heavy equipment
• Knowledge of hardwood species is preferred
• Enthusiasm for being part of a team and working in a team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
• Ability to cross-train on different loading jobs
• Ability to make decisions quickly, utilizing hand-eye-hand-foot coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs
• Ability to sit for extended periods, climb up and down from cab heights, and work effectively in extreme outdoor climate(s) - cold, heat, rain, fog
