• Established group of 17 board-certified physicians covering electrophysiology, invasive, and cardiothoracic specialties
• Equal-ownership partnership track after two years with a nominal $1,000 buy-in
• Collaborative model working with APPs and hospitalists across two community hospitals
• Shared 1:7 call rotation with weekend rounding for a balanced schedule

• Guaranteed base salary of $600,000+ for the first two years, based on experience
• Partnership opportunity after two years with minimal buy-in
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000, loan repayment options, and quarterly quality bonuses
• 30 PTO days, 30 sick days, and 5 CME days with a $7,500 CME allowance
