Landmark Hospital of Columbia has an opportunity for a Full Time Housekeeper to join our dedicated and professional team. Our housekeepers play a vital role in maintaining compliance with OSHA, infections control and safety guidelines, using a professional and customer service-focused approach. Maintaining premises in a clean and orderly manner is the foundation for the nursing care that is provided at our facility.

Responsibilities:

* Cleans patients'/residents' rooms, common areas, ancillary areas, restrooms, locker rooms, halls, offices and any other areas that require attention.

* Cleans light fixtures, ceilings, vents, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows/window coverings floors and carpets.

* Cleans by dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping, replenishes supplies, moves furniture, and hangs draperies.

* Outside trash pickup and leave removal as needed.

* Strictly follows isolated and infection control procedures and safety procedures.

Requirements:

* Hospital cleaning experience strongly preferred.

* Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.

* Must be a team player with a strong attention to detail.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Must pass background check/drug test.
