Levy Restaurants - [Restaurant Supervisor] As a Concessions Manager at Levy, you'll:
Ensure all stations are set up and ready for events;
Support the recruitment and training of team members in standards and procedures;
Supervise operations during the event and troubleshoot where needed;
Implement concessions production sheet to ensure accurate production and minimal wastage;
Manage loss prevention activities including completing variance logs, and overseeing the nightly Goods Out of Stock (GOS) procedure;
Hold pre-shift meetings to set the tone for events.
