Key Responsibilities will include;
Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger, Lead budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting for all Borough departments, Manage investments, debt, and cash flow to maximize Borough resources, Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for Council and the public, Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and Human Resource responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, experience in municipal or public finance preferred, Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
