Clinical Psychologist - Lancaster PA

MRG Exams provides disability assessments nationwide to serve our veterans. Founded in 1998, MRG is a provider of Independent Medical Exams for Worker’s Compensation, Disability, and the Veterans Administration.

The Licensed Psychologist role (Clinical Psychologist) is an in-person, independent-contractor position based in Lancaster, PA. The psychologist performs disability assessments for United States Veterans as part of the VA’s disability benefits process. The VA makes disability determinations; the findings recorded in the Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) are used as part of the process. This role does not involve treating or prescribing medications.

Typical workload: review records electronically through a secure Web Portal and conduct in-person assessments, averaging about 4 Veterans per day.

• Review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and perform comprehensive in-person assessments for Veterans.
• Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.
• Document findings to support VA disability determinations (note: VA makes disability determinations).

• Ph.D. or Psy.
