The Molding Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. We are looking for someone with exceptional management skills, a strong focus on safety, and a passion for driving operational excellence through continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen.

Manufacturing - Foundry

Columbia, PA - Plant

• Overseeing safety, production, quality, and schedule performance of the Foundry Molding area during shifts through direct supervision of union personnel.
• Preparing and monitoring daily and weekly shift work plans, including staffing, to meet production targets and address issues promptly.
• Ensuring proper staffing and training plans for operational areas.
• Participating in quality and safety reviews to maintain ISO-9001:2015 standards.
• Collaborating with HR to understand and relate to the Union contract, maximizing productivity and minimizing disruptions.

Additional duties may be assigned. Employee must obtain a tow motor license and pass LOTO and confined space training.

• High School Diploma required; BS in a technical discipline preferred; professional certifications beneficial.
• Minimum 2+ years of heavy industrial production experience, preferably with union experience.
• Strong work ethic, team-building skills, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
