You practice relationship‑based medicine at the top of your license, offering holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education.

Non‑production based compensation, comprehensive CME, medical license, DEA and malpractice coverage, health benefits starting 1 month after start date.
Pay range: $115,000 – $150,000/yr.

• Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification (Nurse Practitioner) or NCCPA board certification (Physician Assistant).
• Independent practice provider preferred per state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Independent family practice experience preferred.
