Registered Nurse; RN

• Evaluate staff performance and participate in performance reviews

• Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to develop individualized care plans

• Plan, implement, and interpret programs, goals, and policies to maintain quality care

• Set and monitor patient goals to help reduce rehospitalizations

• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered

• Delegate tasks and supervise staff to ensure proper care delivery

• Communicate resident information effectively across shifts

• Work independently with professionalism, integrity, and flexibility

• Provide care and support to residents with varying physical, emotional, or cognitive needs

• Assist with emergency evacuations when required

• Full-Time: 2ndShift

• Active RN license in this state

• Knowledge and skills appropriate for age-related resident care

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations

• Leadership and supervisory skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Successful completion of background check, physical, and drug screening
