Classic Ford Lincoln - Columbia is currently offering an exciting career opportunity as a Ford Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service department. This is an excellent chance for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Ford Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their automotive service needs. This includes greeting customers, identifying their concerns, and documenting relevant information. You will also be responsible for coordinating service appointments, providing cost estimates, and keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to effectively explain technical information to customers in a clear and friendly manner. Additionally, strong organizational skills are essential, as you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry. A strong knowledge of automotive components and systems is also highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with computer software and systems used in service departments is a plus.

Base range will be determined by competitive market rate for your skills, experience, and performance.
