Job Summary:
Performs all aspects of instruction for USC’s intensive English program to students from diverse cultural, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds. Reviews all program materials and prepares all lessons, assessments, and class assignments. Evaluates learning outcomes and recommends students for retention or progression to USC. Reports to Director of English Programs for Internationals.
Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language/Linguistics/Applied Linguistics/TEFL OR Master’s degree in a related field with TEFL/TESL certification. Experience in an intensive English program preferred.
