Roadway EIT​/Designer

• Work on a team developing detailed designs for urban and rural roadway projects
• Take responsibility for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, development of plans, and construction estimates
• Assist with the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications, and calculations
• Perform other duties as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a closely related field
• EIT or ability to obtain within 12 months. Candidates hired without their EIT will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression
• Ability to develop designs using Micro Station, AutoCAD, GEOPAK, and Open Roads Designer (ORD)
• Familiarity and demonstrated experience with highways and roads engineering software such as Bentley Concept Station and Open Roads Designer (preferred)
• Preference is given to local candidates
• Positive attitude and commitment to being an advocate of the Holt Team
