These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax  private tax at PwC, you will focus on providing personalised tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses.

The Opportunity As part of the Finance team you are expected to provide tax compliance and tax planning guidance to the owners of PwC. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for managing partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, and composite returns, as well as leading and collaborating with team members virtually.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting- 6 years of experience- CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred
- Consulting with affluent individuals on tax and financial planning
- Thorough technical skills in partnership K-1 income, state tax credits
- Experience identifying and addressing complex client needs
- Leading teams and coaching others
- Developing relationships within PwC and sharing planning ideas
- Knowledge of automation and digitization solutions
- Leading implementation of solutions to improve quality and reduce hours
- Thorough project management skills
