Direct one or more major functional areas of a department or business unit. Manage two or more professional and support staff, including subordinate managers. Provide greater financial authority than lower management levels. Direct the analysis, planning, implementation, and expenditures and budget tracking of major operational projects or initiatives. Provide recommendations to leaders throughout the organization. Lead in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations.

Collaborate with department/business unit leadership to support the budget process and meet key operational goals.

Collaborate with leaders to establish operating procedures, enhance clinical and non-clinical workflows, increase productivity, and improve overall quality outcomes and operational efficiencies within a variety of delivery settings. Establish department policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Minimum 9 years progressive work experience, 4 years management experience. State licensure and/or professional certification requirement(s) dependent on position.

• Ability to perform job functions while standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, and working in confined or elevated areas.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. unassisted.
